Bhavana Ram Mohan

Bhavana Ram Mohan (b. 2000, India) is an artist, dancer and doctoral researcher at the Universities of Exeter and Bristol. Her PhD is being funded by the UK AHRC via the South West and Wales Doctoral Training Partnership. Her practice seeks to generate and explore the productive tensions between critical heritage studies and decolonial performance practice.  

Bhavana completed an MA in Fine Art from Bath Spa University and a BA in Visual Arts from Stella Maris College. She is a trained Bharatanatyam dancer and has staged performances at venues in India and the UK.
